Windscreen water not coming through front screen

Water has just stopped coming through to front windscreen…rear is fine.
On checking the water has sprayed under the bonnet so guessing detached or burst hose…is this an easy fix for a car novice

If it is just disconnected, it can be relatively easy. You would have to pop off the insulation under the hood. It helps if you have a trim removal tool. Once that is off you can see where the lines connect to the windshield bumpers and push them back in. If they're connected, start tracing the lines back to see if you can't find the leak.
