Window Sticker is not complete or they forgot to add/install all the ordered options?

I have a question about my car (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, 4 doors) that I ordered on Sep 17, 2021 (VIN 1C4JJXFGXMW858156).
There is a big mismatch between the Build Sheet and the Window Sticker.

It looks like Build Sheet contains almost all the options that I ordered -- which is good.
As per Window Sticker, it looks like packages/groups are not complete (missing many components/suboptions).

What is the source of truth: Build Sheet or Window Sticker?
I'm confused now. Suggest please, how I can make sure that all I ordered is installed/added to the car?


More detailed.

1.
I ordered option "Windshield with Corning® Gorilla® Glass".
It is present in Window Sticker.
Bur it is not present in Build Sheet. There is option "Window material: Glass" instead.
It was a strange situation. When my dealership placed the order there was "Corning Gorilla Glass" with Sales Code GMA.
Later when he showed me the order the Sales Code stayed the same GMA but the description changed to "Window material: Glass".

2.
I ordered complete package "Xtreme Recon 35-Inch Tire Package" including option "3rd Generation Heavy-Duty Dana® 44 Front Axle" (see in web configuraton builder on jeep.com).
This option is missing in Build Sheet. Instead it has the following:
- Dana M220 Wide Rear Axle
- Dana M210 Wide HD Tube Front Axle
So is it the same or they are different? (What I ordered vs what is in Build Sheet)

3.
Window Sticker is missing a lot of suboptions from different packages/groups.
It looks like packages/groups are not complete.

So is it a normal situation when Build Sheet is complete but Window Sticker is not complete?
Or maybe I need to take the car to some independent Jeep Car Service for double check? It might be overhead though...

I did not order as much as you did, but I asked my dealer about the window material statement as mine changed on the actual order sheet as well. My JLURXR had similar build descriptions which are different from window sticker.

Some items just conflict like e-torque with hi output alternator in tow group, there is no alternator with e-torque.

So, there were some items in your Build Sheet which were not installed/added to your car, weren't there? E.g. you had "hi output alternator" in your Build Sheet (which was not even possible to provide because of conflicting with other options)?

If it's possible, could you share your VIN so I would get access to your Build Sheet and Window Sticker to better compare my situation with yours, please?

Just wanna make sure you really checked all sub-options in every Package/Group you added.
Because the issue is that placing the order they don't have any breakdown of sub-options within Packages/Groups. E.g. when my dealership guy placed the order it contained only, say, "Safety Group" but without whatever is inside. 1) Blind-Spot and Cross-Path Detection, 2) ParkSense® Rear Park-Assist System were not listed in initial order.

If you are able to share your VIN, it would help me compare my situation with yours.

Yes, its normal for the window sticker to not have EVERY detail on it There is only so much room on it or it ceases to be legible.

I can tell you the Gorilla Glass stuff you posted is exactly what people have been seeing, the heated steering wheel missing from the WS was missing on mine as well but was there and lots of little things get superseded buy other things (look at your #2, it doesn't say 8.4" display on your "missing" but says it on the last line where you say "present").

You're way overthinking this. If you have a build sheet and window sticker there isn't anything you can do at this point, it's built, so wait until it get hers before worrying something is missing. It will all be there.......

I have not - had two order sheets while the dealer was trying to work through some stuff - during that time some things change including color options and nomenclature for certain options --- AND prices!...

I think what was said above is accurate - I have looked at a lot of window stickers online before I ordered and I would not anticipate everything to be listed. Again I am no expert.

As long as the "option groups" you expect are on the window sticker, you're good and have nothing to worry about. As others mentioned, there's only so much space on the window sticker, so various lines get abbreviated from it.

With respect to the Alternator - yeah since the XR package requires the eTorque V6, there is no alternator present, so that doesn't show up at all.

Many of those things aren't listed on my June 2021 sticker but still came with the vehicle (examples: HD Radio, "touchscreen" display, etc). If you are able to claim the vehicle in My Garage, there they will break it down into many of the fine details you're looking for.

I keep my VIN to myself, but here's a screenshot from my June 2021 windowsticker for you to compare and contrast against. But you know, come to think of it, the auto-dimming mirror on my Wrangler not working right is one of the reasons why I have it in the shop right now...

Cool, your Jeep has a lot of interesting options I have not seen in the web builder/configurator on jeep.com.
Like "Ambient LED interior lighting" which is in your Window Sticker.
But the same time you opted out of Safety Group and Advanced Safety Group?
Not my business, just wondering if there is any specific reason behind this, maybe I should not have ordered those groups either?..

I registered there (Mopar My Garage), added my new car by VIN and what is next? I need to go to "YOUR VEHICLE EQUIPMENT" section? Yes, it present info the same way as it is in Build Sheet. Probably from the same database. But it does not guarantee that all the options are really there.

Folks,
So you think it will be overhead to have a Jeep expert with me when I pick up my new Wrangler at the dealership so that the expert would check everything making sure that everything ordered is present and working?
For some options I even don't know what it is -- will learn in use.
I am relatively new to the cars and totally new to Wranglers.
What would be the best approach here?

You’ll be fine. The only thing I’ve heard of Jeep deleting at the factory is the rubber floor mats. Supply issue. So they just delete them rather than hold up your build. No biggie.
