Will the tire carrier be ok with only 7 bolts?

Yesterday while I was installing the rough country relocation bracket. I accidentally snapped one of the top 4 bolts (left inner bolt, or 2nd from top row. These are the bolts that bolt directly to the tail gate. I assembled everything back together and everything seems solid.
I was wondeing if 1 bolt would drastically affect the integrity of the carrier?

Eh, it'll be okay for now. Take care of it sooner than later, but it's not going to fall apart or explode or anything.
