Will the PCM off of a 2015 3.6 with An automatic transmission work on a 2015 3.6 with a manual transmission if not is there anything I can do to make it work if so what do I have to do to make it work

I don't think this is going to work without changing some coding in the PCM (which you will have to do anyway for VIN). You will need something like HP Tuners, or you will have to send the PCM off to get cloned to your original.

I have an 07 Jeep Wrangler I had a 3.8 engine was bad I need up getting a 3.6 from most nothing out of a brand new Rubicon with couple thousand miles on it with the PCM and the exhaust and everything all together so I put it in the jeep problem was I had to get another wiring harness for the other side of the PCM other than the engine side so I did that now I just need to know if the PCM needs to be programmed or not for the transmission but the PCM did come with a 2015 motors
