I get this from My dealer and Jeep cares this morning:

Congratulations! As of this morning, your Jeep is in KZ status. This does mean that it is built pending shipment. As of this time, we do not have a current ETA. We recommend following up in a few days for an updated ETA.

So it is likely they hit their target of having it built and ready to ship on 9/7 pretty darned close! Woot so glad it should be scheduled for delivery soon!
