Will a JK hitch work on our JL's

I have read that it will.
Would like to confirm.
Would like to hear from folks that have done it.
Any problems or idiosyncrasies when using or installing one.

We have a shop and do work for folks for a little cash on the side.
I have a couple of factory JK hitches that were taken off when we installed aftermarket bumpers.

I completed the install of my previous JK hitch mount to my new 2020 JLU. There was a spacer bracket in place that had a couple welded nuts on the back that I read online I could loosen up and slip the hitch mount in between but I just ended up removing the piece and had a much smoother time installing the JK mount. Sits about 1.5 inch further back than it did in relation to the front edge of the bumper. Will update my reply if the trailer hitch platform has an issue with this and the spare tire later tonight.
