Good call to stick surg the thinner tires. Mistake on my part I got the 12.5's. It's badass but on the 392 you can feel the difference on the speed.

You regret this tire choice? I’m still debating what to put on my 392 once it arrives.

Wow, Eliez your Jeep looks freakin AWESOME! Love the Fuel Vapors!

I'm hoping that you might be able to help me with something.. I'm finally ready to order some wheels, and the Vapors are one of my top 3. Any chance I could talk you into taking a few pics out in the sunlight for me? I'm wanting to get an idea of the true color, since they look slightly different on nearly every online wheel & tire store I can find.

Also, if you could take some from the front or rear so I can see how far they stick out would be GREATLY appreciated, because I'm not sure what offset/backspacing to go with. I see that yours are 17x9's, but do you know what offset you went with? Most sites say they only come in -12 with a 4.5" inch backspacing, but I think I saw a couple that say it's also available in 0mm offset.

(If you are willing to taking more pics, feel free to PM them to me if you don't want to add them here. Thanks in advance)

Regardless, love the look man, congrats!

I think maybe not with the 392. I looked at one up close and swore it already had the Mopar lift. I'd try it without the lift first. If no issue, you are golden. I ran around a hundred miles or so with them before the lift. I didn't do any off-roading. I just didn't think it looked quite right, either. I'm sure it would have had rubbing. But even 1" more lift would have probably made it look good.

@StingGrayRhino 's Jeep makes me think it does indeed have the 2" lift. From his pics I'd say you'd be spot-on with the 315's. And they are lighter, too, at 64lbs each. Combined with the stock rims you will have less unsprung weight and less mass to get moving.
Thanks Dan!

Well I don't fully regret it. The speed on the stock tires was insane. I mean INSANE. These tires are great, super comfortable
Definitely Bad Ass! "Great looking 392"
Thanks. Feels great!

Lol, so you are happy it slowed it down?? That 392 must be even more amazing than I thought! :CWL:

Man, I wish I could afford one of these! I will live vicariously through the stories you share right here! What a beast that thing must be!

I'm surprised that 35"s aren't an option on ALL Rubicons. They'll easily fit, and the 33"s just look small. I get that not everyone would want 35"s, but at least make it an option.

35x12.5 fit perfect on stock suspension. Just added these a few weeks ago.
