Neil lemme share you a secret. Of course her Rubicon is higher than yours! Even IF (that is hypothetical) it is not taller, you are wise to said that her Rubicon is taller! For the sake of a peaceful relationship! There you go bro - kudos!
this concept is not new. Neither is paying cash for upgrades.

My Rubi on the stock springs ( like your set up ) only dropped 1/2 when the winch went on. Two months later it sagged out 1.250 and 1.500 driver /passenger side. The 3.0 diesel springs will lift the nose backup 1.5 on both sides. Then it will sit level side to side, nice.
Mopar springs ending 3667AD $48 each same part # for driver/ passenger.
I had 3660 / 61 AC

The Sahara is a 2.0 turbo 2020 and the Rubicon is 3.6 2021, both 4 doors, automatic and 100% stock with the exception of a winch with synthetic rope on the Rubicon. The winch lowered the front of the Jeep by less than than 1/2”
The Sahara sits 1/2” taller when measured at the headlights and almost 3/4” taller when measured at the door mirrors.
I would have thought the Rubicon would sit taller considering the taller tires.
i'm gonna guess it's a combination of the following:
-Rubicon got 17" wheels vs 18" on Sahara.
-Rubicon got heavier steel bumpers vs plastic on Sahara.
-Winch + lights + stock LED headlights (minor difference but it does count).
-3.6 is heavier than the 2.0 on the sahara.

if this is bothering you just get a leveling kit ( teraflex / daystar ).

Rubicon wheels are .55" taller than sahara wheels. OPs sahara seems to sit on the high side too. Not sure if both have BSG or not. I believe a 2.0 with BSG weighs more than a 3.6 without it.

Rubicon wheels tires are .55" taller than sahara wheels. ....
That's a common error/confusion.
Wheel size doesn't matter, tire size does as you pointed out (though you said wheels). However, even that is minor when it comes to stock tires

Stock Sahara tires 255/70/18 = 32.05" tire
Stock Rubicon tires 285/70/17 = 32.70" tire

By conversion alone the tires are 0.65" different, which means a height difference of 0.325" (or between 3/8 and 5/16). I mention the conversion because some tires are slightly bigger/smaller than the spec size. Depending on what tire is on each vehicle, the difference may be a little more or less than that 5/8" difference in calculated sizes.

In either case though the wheel size doesn't matter. Even though the Sahara has a bigger wheel, the Rubicon has a bigger tire as noted by BrntWS6.

The Rubicon is weighed down by carrying the weight of the Jeep brand on its shoulders.
No it just carries WEIGHT, the Sahara stands taller because its proud of carrying the weight of JEEP on its shoulders..... Sahara is clearly the best JEEP brand. :handsinair:
