Our JLU is a bit less than 200 miles from being out of warranty.

What are the essentials to get finished/done while she's under warranty?

We got the bubbling hinges replaced and we got the faulty clutch switch replaced.

Make a list, take it in, and make sure you have them addresses everything on the list, before you pick it back up. Even the small issues need to be noted.

Have them run all of the codes on it (not just the engine). That way, there could be an intermittent problem that will turn into a permanent problem down the road. This could be anything from the blend doors in the HVAC system to door locks.

Is there an issue with the Jeep? Or are you just wanting the dealer to fix something that "might" break in the next 20K miles?

Yes pretty much. Anything that's known to break that I've not yet looked at.
