Hello all, I'm in the market for a Rubicon because we take off roading trips frequently (was using the Toyota platform until recently). However, I keep reading people say you don't need a Rubicon to go off road.
What trim levels are second best when it comes to overland-ing trips?
I am leaning rubicon because of the lockers, sway bar disconnect, and 44 axles. Better to have them and not need them, than need them and not have them, in my humble opinion. However, its becoming exceedingly difficult to find the options/color I want without a wait or traveling quite a distance.
Why doesn't Jeep make a JL with just a rear locker like they do on the JT? Odd stuff.
