Looking to upgrade my shocks. Wondering if anyone can provide insight as to why they are using the Falcon 2.1? Owners only. Improvement over Sport S and or Rubicon shocks? Are you mostly street or offroad? Where do you see the most benefit?

There are a BUNCH of reasons I am going to pick Teraflex over the competition. Cost is not one of them. Just want to be sure it will provide the performance I'm looking for. I ride 95% street. I drive aggressively. That means when I see a turn, I go faster. Yeah, its a Jeep, but why not.

I’ll say when I spent the money on the piggy back setup for previous JK it did make a difference however, now using these fox shocks from the mopar lift I would never waste money on falcon stuff again.

I am 95% street and have the 2.1 shocks with my ST2 lift. It is a stiffer ride, but I’m ok with that. I feel it corners surprisingly well as I too am a pretty aggressive driver having always had sports cars. I am back and forth of going with the 3.3s but I’m not sure it will benefit me that much.

Just replaced my Rubicon-take-off shocks with Teraflex Falcon 2.1s that I bought off another forum member here.

Even though the Falcons were for stock height, I noticed that it was still a bit longer than stock Rubicon shocks. After putting wheels back on I measure the Jeep to sit a hair higher than before, maybe it will settle out later.

First I noticed is the stiffer ride, people aren’t kidding when they say this. Not sure I’ll like this off-road, will be taking it up to the highest point in BC this weekend and report back to how it rides.

I have them on my RK 3.5 X factor, switched from the Mopar kit. Definitely stiffer but in a good way. I feel it more during city driving but at higher speeds the control is better with the Falcon. If your doing low speed city driving only I would pick the fox. The fox from the mopar kit would have restricted full flex / extension.
Thanks

Can you explain why the Mopar Kit would have restricted full flex?

Shock extension for that specific shock. it's too short. That is specific to the mopar lift. I'm sure they have longer available.

I have them on my Sport. No lift, Rubicon springs.

They ride stiff. Everything you've read about them is true.
