I went to my dealer here in Gilbert AZ and they didn't have a clue about it. But i found it! It only lives on this one jeep pictured on the jeep.com site https://www.jeep.com/wrangler/interior.html No one else is allowed to have it

Just got ORPs for my 8.4 red rubi. Live in FL. 2.18.18 build date. Sweet! Burn-in image lasted 13 minutes. Hopefully, it will be there tomorrow.

P.S. Just verified the reverse camera nav lines are still there.
