I had an EcoDiesel up to about 65,000 miles within a 2 year period, all interstate and highway. It had more issues than I care to even talk about.
The only good part is the engine and transmission itself never had any problems.
The diesel exhaust system, DEF system, sensors, and several electronics all had to be repaired and/or replaced within that mileage.
Thank goodness I purchased the extended warranty.
These modern day diesel vehicles are NOTHING like their predecessors as far as longevity goes.
Hopefully you all won’t have the problems that I had. Good luck!

I have 12500 miles on the Rubicon, no issues so far. The 2016 GC has 97k and the SCR was replaced on the dealer's dime after the emission recall. Overall very happy with the diesel engine.

The guy in the Northeast that has a 250+ mile round trip commute is putting on some crazy mileage.

13,500! I work from home and don't commute any where...the longest trip was about 5 hours. Just running around town and between cities for meetings or wheeling. No problems other than having the steering gearbox and damper replaced.

12k+ miles, purchased in May in Little Rock Arkansas took a two week road trip driving back to Utah.
ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS and it runs and pulls like a raped ape.

I'm not even reveal what I'm towing...too many armchair internet jockeys out there.

Your lucky. I am still waiting for the steering box. No estimate when it will be available.
