Who has broke a JLUR axle?

I'm considering swapping JLUR axles into a 108" wheelbase TJ. Who has broke a JLUR axle and what size tire?

Too many variables. People have broken stock JL axles with 33" tires and some have wheeled 37/38/39/40's on stock axles and haven't had a problem. What's your plan with the TJ swap? Why go with JL axles when the aftermarket is way stronger? You can truss both front and rears to increase strength, plus you can put RCV's in the front and chromoly in the rears.

Axle housing or axle shaft?

I have broken a rear JL D44 RCV shaft but I was being an asshole.

While JL Rubicon axles would be a pretty big upgrade over my TJ Rubicon axles think I am going D60/14 bolt and be done with it.
