Doesn't everybody? I always have a g19 or g43 on me. I just installed the Tuffy Security Deck Enclosure so I have a few more options now.

I always carry a firearm on me at all times when I am off duty. And there is also, at least one other firearm and spare magazines that I keep loaded in my vehicle at all times but any firearms that are in my vehicle if I am going somewhere are either

A. Removed when I get home.

B. Kept locked in a firearms lock box that is permanently attached to my vehicle and tethered to the passenger seat frame as well, and is in a locked storage compartment. This option is ONLY used if I am running into some place very quickly and my vehicle is in sight at all times and I am still armed. But nobody would know what’s in my center console that is locked anyway but sometimes I may have to go in somewhere to pay for gas or pickup a to go order of food and if I took the vehicle firearm out of the firearm lock box, then attention could be drawn on me, which I don’t want. Or worse, have someone see me conceal the vehicle firearm and then assume that I am going in to some place to commit armed robbery. On some rare occasions, it’s simply better to keep the vehicle firearm concealed and locked up.

Last option, is

C. Conceal the vehicle firearm on myself before I am going in somewhere. This is done if the vehicle will be out of sight for a certain period of time, I’m in a not so good area where crime is much higher, and I am able to retrieve the vehicle firearm from the firearm lock box without drawing attention to myself. This is relatively easy to do too. Everything is done below the door windows and unless someone was right up against my vehicle and could look in, option C., is pretty easy to do.

I relocated to Chiraq from NYC a few years ago, the first thing I got was my FOID and then my CCL, I carry 24/7 here and even got my wife to start since the protests and looting began.

You just told everyone you carry a G19, with slide cuts and cerakote, 17 spare mags and a AR15 with a pistol brace and some kind of stupid muzzle break.

I carry when I'm in the wild back country of AZ. More worried about critters than anything out there. I work on a military base, so no carry there. I'm not worried about my safety in town so I don't carry there either. It's a constitutional carry state and I have a concealed carry permit anyway, but I don't feel the need to carry all the time.
