My 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited sport is making this whistling sound or a whinny sound. It starts at around 25 MPH sounds like when you make a wine glass sing by rubbing the rim with your finger. Or when your listening to a stereo with a bad ground. I have checked the front Differential, Pulled the stereo, Done the breaks. It still persists i think it is from wind but cant find the source. Any thoughts would be great.

You have a JK Wrangler. This the a JL Wrangler forum. They are mostly completely different vehicles.

That beings said, and having had a JK. Open your hood and look for an oval plug on the left (passenger) side of the firewall. Part of it may be covered by the cowling. That thing will degrade and stat to leak or whistle. Another place to look is down inside the cowing where the wiper motor is and see if any of that linkage is lose or worn or any of the plastic is lose.

This is a common thing with the JK's, it usually happens when you drive past ladies, the Jeep will whistle.
