exactly our issue... we took the 2019 JLUR in to be told it was cooling properly... they don't seem to understand or maybe need some tec classes to help us start trusting these "technicians" just seems like they could care less because they have so many service calls to accomplish in a specific amount of time.. plus whoever the guys are doing the oil changes are horrible at drenching our engine bay with oil... I really wish the dealers would take pride in providing GOOD SERVICE..ITS THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE people come back.I too just started having this same issue. I have taken it into two different dealerships and we get the same answer... we can’t duplicate the problem. It gets warm for about 10 to 20 seconds and smells a bit musty. Then it returns back to normal. This is while we are driving not necessarily stopped and the ESS is disabled.
