Which oil should I use and what oil weight?

So you've been getting 6 quarts of who-knows-what and 4-tire rotations (without the spare) for the past 2 years?

This is paid for as standard complimentary by FCA. One dealer tried to charge me $600 for 4 oil changes / tire rotations, wheel locks, & dealer logo mats. Add the $400 Doc. which will equal $1,000; & you're back up to list price. I'm assuming Mopar Oil, & Filter. No engine problems so far on three JLUs. This last one, a diesel, takes 9 quarts, I think. Diesel fuel has gone up 20% since Biden got in there. $2.75 a gallon in OKC now. This means the cost of all transportation will go up, fuel surcharges etc.

I used the search functions on Mobil 1, Pennzoil, Valvoline, and Amzoil websites. All of them except Mobil 1 came up with recommended oils for the 2.0L. Mobil 1 did not have a recommended oil for the JL 2.0L.

From the owners manual...read it, heed it.

Engine Oil Viscosity (SAE Grade) — 2.0L Engine Mopar API SN PLUS Certified SAE 5W-30 Full Synthetic Engine Oil which meets the requirements of FCA Material Standard MS-13340 is recommended for all operating tem- peratures. This engine oil improves low temperature start- ing and vehicle fuel economy. CAUTION! Failure to use the recommended SN PLUS or equiva- lent oil can cause engine damage not covered by the vehicle warranty. The engine oil filler cap also shows the recommended engine oil viscosity for your engine. For information on engine oil filler cap location, refer to the “Engine Compart- ment” illustration in this section. Lubricants which do not have both the engine oil certifi- cation mark and the correct SAE viscosity grade number should not be used.

The great thing about the Costco oil is that it's SN Plus rated for turbo 2.0L Jeeps. ...well, and it is so inexpensive.

Warren is basically a generic repackager. The oil is made by various industry companies.

Warren is a manufacturer, not a repackager, though they do package their oil for many companies such as SuperTech (Walmart), Kirkland (Costco), Mag1, etc.

Neither does Amsoil, Royal Purple, or Red Line (prior to Phillips), but they are also "manufacturers". Perhaps blender is a better term for them.

Kirkland is Warren, it has been discussed ad nauseum on BITOG.
