Which Falcon shocks best for paved road (w/ Teraflex lift)?

Just got a 2020 Rubicon Recon Unlimited and have settled on a Teraflex 2.5" Sport S/T2 Suspension Lift Kit with 35" tires. Trying to decide between Falcon 3.3, 3.1, and 2.1 shocks. Although both matter, I'm more concerned with how it will feel on the road when my family is driving it than I am about offroad capabilities. Questions:

1. Will upgrading to 3.1 or 3.3 make much of a difference on paved roads compared to 2.1? If yes, do you think it's a $500 (3.1) or $1k (3.3) difference?
2. Will all three options be rougher to drive than the Rubicon is stock? Or smoother? Or just different? Trying to figure out how to set expectations with the family.
3. What is the difference between the "SP2" version of the shocks and the non-SP2 version?
