Where to run switch wiring into cab?

My bud gave me his KC lights. Figured Id throw them on the bumper over the winch and see how I like them. I know how to wire them, but is there a good spot thru the firewall on the JLs to run the switch wiring into the cab? Always had to drill a hole and grommet in my YJ and TJs. Would prefer not to do that.
I obviously dont have the auxillary switches.

They say if you don't have a manual trans, there is a seal that the clutch pedal utilizes and easy to use. I did what most do and went through the grommet with a large wire harness on the passenger side under the fuse box.

If you have an automatic, definitely use the drivers-side clutch plug hole. The passenger side grommet is a PITA to get a wire through and you can risk nicking a wire if using something sharp to pull the wires through.

If you remove a fender to access, buy some spare fender clips from amazon.

Manual as well, I use the boot behind the battery on the passenger side.
