Where to mount dsr1

I'm getting ready to install my sound system in a few weeks and just wonder where and how everyone has mounted there dsr1? I plan to remove everything i can from the alpine system except what is still needed to connect to the factory radio. I've tried to contact Rockford Fosgate about there dsr1 mount that comes with their new speaker kit but never heard back from them.

Where ever it fits. The PAC version only has so much wiring that you are limited to that. I typically mount the processor on a mount over the Alpine amp under the column.

Thanks, I plan to remove the alpine amp but would like to mount in that area if possible.
