Where to buy replacement parts

I purchased a take off JLUR Diesel suspension for my sport. Problem is only 3 of the struts arrived. I've been looking but I can't seem to find where to buy a replacement, even new. The part is 68272561AD.

Anyone have a clue where I could get one? Thanks!

I tried there but can't find my part number.

Not sure why sourcing Mopar shocks is such a chore, tried looking up Rubicon replacement shocks w/ the part # on the shock and no luck
Shouldn't be a problem calling the dealer, any dealer if you had a diesel (w/ the current VIN). Without that VIN might take a bit more work
