I don’t know, but I’m curious what happened. I didn’t need to touch those screws. Did your doors come with the red lever disassembled?
If fell off from the lever and was loose in the shipping box. I just grab my Allen key and tighten it and it broke :(

These are the screws to mount the red door lever on the mopar tube doors
Are those the Rugged Ridge doors that you have the problem with the screw? If they are call ruggedridgecom they'll take care of it I have the number if you need it

Yeah, I had some stuff ship loose / one nut completely flying around in the box. For the front doors, the threaded door stops and bushings are too short to be useful. For those looking at these and thinking fit and finish might be better by OEM than 3rd party. Sorry they are not, my front passenger rattles on bumps like a spray paint can on a wooden coaster. I tried using some rtv inside the bushing but hasn’t helped, my next step is removing the set screw and finding a bolt of same thread but longer and then finding a more robust bushing than the one MOPAR sent to put on the end of it. I wish they had a better means of adjusting fit to work the rattle out.

Here is the screw im talking about and where it goes to hold the red door lever. I have to use strap tie for now to keep the lever on....

I would be tempted to extract the broken part out of the nut then go down to the hardware store and find a bolt that fits it. Hopefully you can find a bolt with the same taper on it. Then just paint it black.

As of right now there is no serviceable parts listing for the doors but I will continue to check on it

I have the mopar tube doors. As said above, the bolt and bushings are in some cases too short - all mine were fine with exception of drivers side front door, which was crazy short. I replaced it with a bolt and bushing from Home Depot. Set it tight, and the door still rattles way too much, but I'm not sure of any other adjustments to make?

I had that same problem with the Rugged Ridge tube doors. With one of the doors I had to go to home Depot I finally found the right piece and got it to stop rattling
