I wanted to change my oil and therefore also change the filter. Whereas on the V6 petrol there are videos and moreover it is very accessible.

On my Diesel I have some doubts ... I did find something underneath that should be the filter box, but with a VERY difficult access

Do you have any idea if it's the filter box underneath, on the right side of the engine and almost surrounded by ducts ?

Thanks for your advice.

I think that's what I saw ... it is, in my opinion, well on the right side of the engine and really not easy to access with tools. Not to mention getting all the oil on it...

Can anyone confirm that's what this is?

This is for the v6 3.6 L Petrol. So strictly no parts in the same place.

I notice that the 2.2 Diesel engine is really badly studied on a Wrangler.

To put an oil filter where we change the interior is very badly thought, a simple "old fashioned" filter thus out of metal and where we change everything would be MUCH simpler on this engine.

Thank you all the same for your help ;)

I wanted to order oil filters on Ebay https://www.ebay.fr/itm/372907741336?ul_noapp=true this company is in england

I have received my order and it was on time and the pills work great. But it's not the good ones.

It's just unbelievable that they can't provide the right filters.

As a result, sending them back will cost me too much in shipping costs, so I'm going to put my package in the trash :punch:
