I haven't bought any wheels/tires for my Jeep yet, but that's where I get all my tires and wheels for my other vehicles and have always had a positive experience with TireRack. They ship relatively quickly, prices are just about the same as local tire shops, and they honor their road hazard warranties.

I wouldn't hesitate to give them my business again. But, I must admit, some of the Quadratec wheels are appealing from a design and price perspective.

I got my Mopar wheels from BAM (https://www.bamwholesaleparts.com) because their price couldn't be beat. Great service, too.

I got my tires from @Discount Tire. They price-matched and did the rebate paperwork for me (there might not always be a rebate available, but there was when I got mine). I was impressed with the service online here and at the shop.

I've used Costco and TireRack for tire purchases.

Unsurprisingly, Costco always wins on price, to include installation service. They don't always have what I want in stock, though, and the effort to work with them to order what I want is sometimes more time consuming than it should be.

TireRack always has what I want, ordering is easy, and transit time via the Big Brown Truck has always been quick. The trade-off is that I'm making a significant investment essentially sight unseen; online photos and reviews can only do so much.

I'll continue to use both vendors, as circumstances require.

I used Discount Tire Direct for my 1st set. They have locations in most states, not including mine, so I ordered online and had them shipped to my home. They offer price matching and had them on my doorstep very quickly.

My 2nd set came from Northridge 4x4, and I saved some $ with the forum discount. Enter coupon code JLWRANGLERFORUM during checkout, which may save up to 20% depending on the manufacturer.

Not every tire shop has the right equipment to properly balance the bigger rubber. You need a place that has a dynamic load balancing machine. I found such a place, so figured I'd spend some money local and ordered through them. They had the wheels the next day.

For tires, Discount Tire Company or America's Tire Company.

A few years back, I bought some BBS wheels from The Tire Rack. They arrived in perfect condition.

I always order from @Discount Tire. They price match and the certificates are hard to beat! I've also always had great service with them but it might be skewed by the fact that I'm spending 2k on a set of tires but hey its nice to feel special regardless!

I have bought a few sets from extremecustoms.com in the past and will do so again.

The most recent setup for the Jeep I bought from my local shop as they always cut me a good deal.

I stuck some General AT-X's on my factory rims cause I like the functionality and durability of steel rims.

Honestly, Shop as local as you can for the tires. I went with a Mom and Pop shop who has been in business since 1955 here. They were great, prices were good and my Jeep drove as smooth as it did on day one.

My brother on the other hand, Got the same tires as i did, but he went to a discount tire place. The tires legit were not round and they balanced them like shit.
