Where Does This Go? Hole into Cab Area?

I was doing a deep clean of my windshield. I noticed a couple of covered holes that look like they lead into the cab/dash area? Does anyone know where they come out and how to access them from inside?

Always looking for a firewall pass through. I have a manual transmission so that sides tied up. I have been avoiding poking through the boot where things pass through the other. Looking for an easy run for my CB antenna cable which goes on my driver's fender.
