Wheeling in West Virginia

My brother-in-law took out over the Thanksgiving weekend. Go into some streams and some sideways uphill mud climbs. I have a video we took with an iPhone but I can't seem to upload it here because of the file typ. (.mov)
Does anyone know how to do it?

Nice pictures, I know this is quite late but usually you can convert a .mov to an mpg on a windows computer.
