Wheel experts- is this fixable?

Ive got the AEV dual sport wheels on my jeep. The protection rings were out of stock when i ordered them, and i didnt stay on top of it. I paid the price this last trip with some rock rash.

rings are in the way now, but curious if a wheel repair shop would be able to rehab some of this damage out so the ring fits totally flush and it doesnt look AS bad as it does now.

Should be easy to get that flush, if you want it back to cosmetically clean again those road rash specialty rigs do good work, and this place
