37 cold, what the sticker recommends. Just drove 1500 miles from SoCal to Houston and no issues through snow and rain.

Running 305/65/17 Cepek Ext. Country M/T's. Set them at 30# with temp of about 32 dgrs. On cold mornings below 0 they start low as 26# . However they do ride a little rough for about first 20 miles.

I did a chalk test win my 33 Patagonia's and 33 PSI gave me the best grip
Chalk test is absolutely the most accurate way to go. I upgraded to 35" BFG KO2's a while ago (2" lift), did a chalk test in 50F weather and 28psi was the optimal result. This test guarantees that your tires will wear evenly and that the full tread is contacting the pavement. google it.

37 cold. Stock KO2s. I'm too lazy to do a chalk test and have ran way too many sets of tires to know that I will be alright following the sticker.

The only time I worry about deviating from sticker is if I switch to a type/size of tire not on the sticker (like going to a truck tire but sticker shows pressures for passenger P-rated tires), airing down for off-road, and in the sports cars with 50/50 weigh distribution, adjusting front/rear pressures to induce/reduce oversteer when needed.

On my 07 JK I had 22-26 lbs all year long, with my 2019 JLU it's at 33 I think at the moment so when it's really cold my tire pressure warning goes off. Not sure I'll be able to go back to 22-26 lbs with this jeep.

Daily 37-38 cold (very cold in MN) as per the sensors recommendation; offroad in 4-Low I run them 15-17 (and yes, I did have one bead pop a little and get mud in there for a slow leak)

When I go to 35's I'll change, obviously.

I personally never pay attention to the door jam sticker, or what anyone else recommends. I always do the chalk test to find my best psi. Too many variables come into play... front tires usually will have more weight on them, vehicle load, do you have rear mounted trailer hitch/options, have you switched from factory size tires, rim width/ off set/ wheel spacers, weather conditions, type of driving, road/trail conditions, and on and on. What are your goals... performance handling, fuel mileage, tire wear, etc.

That all said, I had Ko2 33s on my JK Rubi and under most conditions kept them at 28-29psi cold. (well, as "cold" as it gets here in southern AZ)
btw: the door jam sticker and sensors said 37psi, which was way too high. Got a ProCal to reset the sensors cus that gets old.

2019 Rubicon 2 door running 37 cold - they go up to 38-39 warm. Seems to be a good balance between mpg and highway handling with even wear. They came with 42 from dealer and I got fantastic highway mileage. 28mpg with the V6 automatic on the interstate at 65-70mph.

I run stock street tires at 38-40 psi. I like the steering better.

Nitto Ridge Grapplers 275X70R18, 28-30 cold. I just got new tires, and Discount tire put 40 in. I drove to Lowes just a block away, and dumped to 28-30. Off-road tires with thick sidewalls and too high of air pressure, are both too much together.

Chalk test is great for a baseline, but I’ve found (after 50,000+ miles on a set of tires), it causes you to set pressure just a little too low for even wear. What this test doesn’t account for is extra pressure on the outsides of the treads while turning and cornering. The edges will wear too much, need to go up 5 psi or so after getting an even chalk pattern.
