2018 JLU Sahara, 6sp, getting a solid 23 mpg avg, however I'm 95% back roads rarely exceeding 50 mph...

Just ask @cosine he knows!
My 2 dr gets up to 28mpg on long & flat hwy trips @ 75mph. On trips w/ decent elevation changes it drops to about 24 (and this is w/ larger tires & heavier wheels). With the stock 245/70/17 grandma Michelin tires and lighter stock Sport S wheels it gets about 2 mpg more.

You got the AC on in FL in summer? I ride with the windows open and the t-tops off in MI. 23+ last tank with a 3.6/manual and everything else stock.

3.6 8 speed Unlimited Sport S just over 500 miles on stock wheels and tires and averaging 21mpg 100% city with AC on most of the time. I expect MPG to keep increasing as the engine breaks in, but adding bigger wheels, tires, and 2” lift so yeah...

Not trying to start a shit show, but air density / humidity / heat will all play a factor in combustion engines.
anything over 20 mpg is good. Leave it at that, enjoy your ride.
I'm getting about 220 - 240 miles per tank in mine, don't tell me what my MPG is, I really don't want to know.
This is why ISIS and Al Quaeda hate us.
We get pet meds in the mail and complain about MPG in our $50k Jeeps.
:)

I'm getting about 23 in my ford ranger, 4 cyl. all over driving. Stat temp is averaging 100 F right now where I am.
Dry desert conditions
a little better on highway.
Besides, you actually bought a Jeep and care about MPG?

Here's some info,....
I noticed you are in Florida

Yeah, the AC draw is pulling you down. Still, 21 is pretty good, considering. I'd be happy. :like:

2019 2 door sport. 3.6, 8 spd auto. stock. tire pressure @ 36 psi. 2715 miles.

around town 18.1 with a/c full blast with ess on. 17 mpg a/c full blast with ess off.

recent 1800 mile road trip 25.6 to 29.6 mpg a/c full blast. average speed 70 - 75 mpg. the mpg range is due to one interstate have frequent elevation change ( up to 3000 ft ). the other interstate was flat.

2019 JLUR 2.0 currently with 4K miles. psi 34-35, A/C full blast every minute of every day (Florida).
I am averaging 14-15MPG and I only use 90-93 octane fuel....I went with the dealer to make sure they only placed high octane when purchased.

I am from Detroit and have a very heavy foot. Always traveling 80-100 on freeways. Compared to my JK and YJ. I think i am getting great MPG.

um. your getting 14-15 mpg on a 2.0 with 90-93 octane. i would think it would get better mpg than what you are getting. (set aside driving pattern)
