Maui Jims. I have hookipa model which has a nice wrap and is great with the Jeep top down.

I have tried many/most brands including Randolph (which is nicely made), Oakleys, Dillons, RayBan and Smiths. When I go outside and do a side by side the Maui's are always the sharpest optics.
Yeah, it’s hard to go back or get anything else when you’re used to MJ’s in general ;)

I had two pairs of Oakley, Romeo and Juliet. Lost the Romeo ones at Schlitterbahn last year. Maui Jim Banyans were added to replace them since they are no longer made. Love my MJ's.

Toss up for me between Costa's and Maui Jim's...like 'em both equally. The Costa's are normally a bit more robust for those of us who are hard on stuff...

Oakleys for me at this point. Got my wife off of cheapos and into Oakleys too. Specifically Flak Jacket XLJs, which Oakley retired recently, but we have about a decade-worth of lenses that we bought Oakley stopped selling flak jackets.
I love the ability to swap out lenses whether I'm on the road, at the range (indoors or outdoors) or on water.
I usually have an "oh crap i left glasses at home" pair in my desk drawer - a pair of gascans

I've been curious about Maui Jim and AO/Randolph, but now that I learned about WX and see that they make 5.11 glasses - I may check them out.

Maui Jim and Ray Ban. Depends on the car I am in. I haven’t bought my Maui’s and probably wouldn’t. Overpriced in my mind but I like them since I didn’t pay. I did buy my Aviators and think those are a great value.

Maui Jim...they have a glass lens are hydrophobic, polarized and do not scratch... I have 4 pair of Oakleys and they all suck(if I look at them wrong the scratch).

Randolph Sunglasses. They're made in Massachusetts to military spec (originally made for military pilots) and the lenses are heavy duty. Each pair comes with a little repair kit (double screwdriver, screws, nose pads), so they're kinda Jeep-like. Once you get a pair, you'll notice how many you see on TV (Ray Donovan was the first time I saw mine) on shows or on military personnel. In my opinion, the standard issue Aviators are the most bad ass and the finest sunglasses I've ever owned at any price (I've had them all).

Depending on the style, prices are on par with Oakley's and Ray Ban's (same company) or Maui Jim's and you get a much better, American made product than you ever will from those brands (which used to be made in the US, now many styles/components made in China). Get on the mailing list before Fathers' Day and you may get a promo. https://www.randolphusa.com/

Had many different, but now only MJ. Expensive with progressive lens, but they are the best. When we were in Montana my wife and I each bought a pair of MJ progressive as they have no sales tax in Montana which was a big saving on the glasses. FWIW, while my wife was trying on different pairs of MJ's I asked the sales person in this huge store with many eye specialists, what is the next best sunglasses to MJ's? Her answer - There is no one even close to their manufacturing process.

I've owned a lot of overpriced sunglasses, but strangely my favorite pair so far has been a pair of Armani Exchange. Perfect level of tint where I could see still when it wasn't bright out, yet the polarization was great. Rubberized frame that was comfortable and didn't scratch... Now I just need to figure out where I left them...

Personally, I only buy Serengeti. Partially because I am myself of Italian descent, but mostly because they publish the characteristics of their lenses and exactly what light is blocked. As far as I am aware, they are one of very few companies that do this. The lenses are also really durable, never gotten a scratch.

My father has only ever bought Serengetis and I don't plan on breaking that rule. They have served me very well. If anybody is curious, this is my exact model: https://www.serengeti-eyewear.com/en-us/livio/8681 I got mine with the driver's lenses.
