Whats the easiest way to update the computer for new tire size?

I went from the stock 245/75/17 to 285/70/17 - they measure at least 2 inches + more in diameter - whats the best way to get the Computer updated to correct milage / speedo numbers?

The dealer can do it, but for roughly the same price (maybe a little less) you could get a procal snap which allows you to change tire size and gear ratios right through the factory radio. that unit is like $125. The aforementioned tazer is a really cool unit because you can change a few other things such as disable the auto start/stop. I dont know the price on that right off hand.
