I’d say an equal number of potential Rubicon owner’s are happy to see no eTorque, it just adds complexity and there’s extra stuff to break under the Jeep.
Obviously this is jeeps position as well. They must’ve felt it was not worth it.

I have an export Rubicon we never had eTorque, I can’t really see that it adds much maybe a bit of extra push from a standstill but it cuts out at 1500 revs.

This should be close to if not the same color of Sarge. My guess it will replace Mojito!
The Mojito will be discontinued carries on , well done !
Don’t let that rumor die. Lol

255/75/17 MTs only on the Rubi?

Yet another interesting twist.
I just ordered a 2020 Rubicon yesterday and the Jeep Dealer print-out sheet shows 285's

Correction, the bigger tyres 285x70xr17 are listed as a no cost option

Yes that’s why I corrected myself, if you look at the page above it states 255’s, elsewhere it shows the 285’s as a no cost option, go figure.

If the BSG is being discontinued for the 2.0, that means I can "modify" my 2018 2.0 Sport to the simpler version ? Or is the 2020 offering a different 2.0 engine ? Confusion...
2.0 BSG will only be offered on Sahara now.

I doubt you can easily remove BSG. Too many parts, too many electronics tied together.

I wonder if the auto high beam can be retro fitted. I had that on my X5 and loved it.

With 285 vs 255, why is there such a focus on tire width? I would have thought tire height would be the main focus.
