You could also watch Artemis I separate a boost stage with the moon hiding behind a cloud. I watched it go up from my neighborhood.

Howabout Jeeps in the front yard? Phoenix, AZ (Mesa to be exact) and I won't rub in weather details other than it's nice and sunny. That said, being a former New Yorker 23 years ago, I miss the 4 seasons and the holidayish feel when the cool winds start to blow in October right through the real feeling of Christmas when it's bone chilling outside rain or snow. The sun is nice here but you never really are ever in the spirit. Never have been. The tradeoff is being able to do stuff most of the year except the summer months but even then, it's not so bad. We have been considering relocating to Tennessee or Kentucky on some land to build a barn for the bus as a home base. no friends or family there...

When I retired from IT and sold my company my wife asked me what was I going to do? I told her I going wheeling and I did! A short time later we moved to Scottsdale so I could wheel year round and I DID! from Tex to Cali, Mexico and so many trips to Moab I lost count (I did do 2 trips to EJS. So from 2002- 2011 I full-time wheeling, I drove almost 100k miles on my primary Jeep and another almost 20k miles on my other 2 Jeeps for close in wheeling.

Thatā€™s great! I unfortunately have to work as does my wife. We escalated our lifestyle to our incomes which leaves very little for emergencies. We are Ok but not to the point we can retire at 65. Iā€™m glad you followed your dreams. Thatā€™s what life is all about. We are here for a short time.

That's a beautiful picture and I'm a bit jealous of the warmth and sunshine right now!

My backyard is filled with snow and some fallen tree branches blown down by the storm.

-8 yesterday morning with 20mph sustained wind, nasty weather!! No Jeeps in the back yard but did have this furry friend. Funny how even old dogs act like playful puppies when it snowā€™s. Supposed to be 60 later next week, gotta love the Midwest.
If I am lucky there will be a set of Weather Tech floor mats under the Christmas tree tomorrow morning!!šŸ˜€

We are not just here for a Short Time, but we are here for a GOOD TIME!

So where did it all lead? Well in Jan 2011 I headed off to Moab. I got up there, stopped off at the market and found some wheelers to run with and got the always laughs and comments: "you will never keep up with us', how about you be the last jeep and if fall by the wayside we will leave you behind, OK?' Sure. Typical comments from the folks that are a member of Jeep Part A Month in your mailbox.

Me, just 37 BFG KM2s and a 3 in home brew lift. OK, that is NOT all, its just ALL you can see, cause in my world its not how high you lift it, its how you lift it high! As we Harley riders say: Chrome don't get you home and a 6 in lift does not mean you will cross the Rubicon.

So for you my friend, let me leave you with this:

@mods Help.. thereā€™s a four door owner in here šŸ¤¢
Ain't those 4 doors classified as a C-Dan's or something like that?

This is one of them I think, Chevy Chase drove it I believe?

Wait a minute.. I'm 1k miles north and we're going from sub-0F temps this weekend to +50F next weekend, which is actually gonna be warmer than what you're getting? That's pretty crazy!
