Full set of Mopar tube doors and a Bestop Sunrider would be first. New tires and maybe some aluminum bumpers with a winch. And some KC lights. Would be tempted to regear but something else would have to come off the list.

Iā€™d hire an attorney so I could put pressure on FCA to supply my dealership with the new steering box. Been waiting for 2 months and it will be at least another two months. I wish @JeepCares cared enough to do anything about it.

Pro Comp 3.5" lift (I chose this bc I do more desert running than rock crawling and my buddies with Tundras beat the crap out of their suspensions day in and day out with no issues and the 5 year, 60k mile warranty is a plus), 17" wheels and 35" Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I'd recommend steelies, or any durable rim of your choice. Bead locks will eat up your $5k. Also, the Nittos are a hybrid on road and off road tire, so less tire noise and better wear. A decent front bumper, winch and maybe some aux lights. If you do the suspension installation yourself, you'll save the cost of labor and have enough for a rear bumper or reinforced rear door tire carrier. Mind you, I'm basing my pricing and experience on LA prices. They mark up everything here and the taxes are ridiculous... The lift, 5 Fuel rims and 5 tires, locking lug nuts, TPMS sensors and installation was $4200.00 OTD. My bumper was $250.00, my winch was $279.00 and my lights were $50.00. The bumper, winch and lights I installed myself. So for all that on my 2018 JLU Sport S, I came in just shy of $5k.

We would be happy to escalate your experience to a specialist for assistance. While delays are expected, we would like to look into this for you and have this documented on your behalf. Please send us a private message.

A wench will cost more than $5K. Warranty claims can be a challenge, too.
Not to mention they just bitch and drink all your alcohol on the trail.

Personally Iā€™d get a Winch instead probably more helpful off-road.

Would have been easier to list $15K+ upgrades ago...
However something new was added to my 'wish list' today after taking a buddies JLUR for a quick spin after he installed 4.88's, I was really surprised how much quicker his was than mine. We both have the same 35" BFG KO2's, both have winches and skids plus his is a 4-door but with the 4.88's, it was a hell of lot quicker than my JLR and bumped the fun meter up a notch!

I don't know. It depends on the quality of wench you're after, and the country you're in.
I think that was Elliot Spitzer's price range for his wenches.

I would put it towards a long arm lift with coil overs. I know I would have to add money to the pot, but it would get me closer.

I would get a Dynatrac 2ā€ lift, adjustable trackbarā€™s F/R, a matching rear bumper from Ace, half doors that I would have painted and I would save the rest for when my Ridge grapplers wear out.

lol.... I needed a good laugh to start the morning. I don't think anything will top this for the rest of the week.... blewhahaha.

Wench comes from Middle English, and was a common word for girl, child, or servant. Over time it came to mean mainly serving girls, as in a bar wench, who serves drinks at a tavern. If you find wench in a love poem from the 16th century, think of it as an informal version of maiden. But if someone called you a wench last week, you should be insulted.
