I went with a USA made strap, Rhino USA. I got the 30 footer, but might want to pick up a 20' one too.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06WRSR2PG

It worked well the one time I have had to use it it so far. I like flat straps too, as you can hook them to the rear tow hook, and have the rest in the "trunk" with the strap under the tailgate. Ready to go!

On their amazon page they state the following. I am assuming PRC = People republic of china.
For myself i use ARB snatch strap / tree saver / snatch block
For shackles i use crosby

No they are not they are made in the PRC but designed, tested, and engineered in the USA

Got snatch strap and shackle today, thanks guys.

Two questions?

Let's say I'm stuck, I would attached the shackle to my jeep then attached the snatch strap to shackle and the other end of the snatch strap would be attached to the person pulling me out?

Second question

I would only hook recovery gear to my rear red tow hook or the front row hooks on the bumper?

Thanks again

Put the loop over your stock bumper hook, other end goes on recovery vehicle using soft shackle to connect

Go to your local hardware store and buy the strap, odds are it will be cheaper and you can walk out with it.

I have a bubba rope for recovery and it’s by far the best one I’ve ever used. The ARB I had before it is #2.

I use the gator jaws also, but be careful with the them around sharp corners. They are made to bound rope and other round things. I have one now with minor signs of stress from being used on my JK’s Warn bumper’s recovery points that were made to host normal metal shackles after the metal shackle fell out and got lost.
