2016 Audi S5. It looked pretty much like yours. Same color but was a stock S5 with the Black Optics package and the 20" wheels that come with that package. Traded it in for my 2019 Moab. Much less stress now driving on our Nations badly neglected roads.Only thing I occasionally miss is the acceleration and 120+ speeds.

Whats it like when they spread manure on that cornfield across the street. We are surrounded by corn and springtime is brutal.
Omg you know it. Or when they use that damn turkey crap:puke: There's also a field beside the house. So, yeah it can be down right brutal. But, definitely better than city living:like:

I've only been on the forum for almost 3 months, but have become familiar with many of the regular posters. Some I'd like to hang out and drink with, some I would like to punch in face, and some I wonder if they struggle to walk and chew gum. So in an effort to better understand my fellow Jeepers, what was your daily before your Jeep? Or if the Jeep is just your weekend toy, what do you currently drive?
For me -
2013 Audi RS5. AWD, lowered with full sport suspension, a little exhaust work, a little audio work, and overall a fantastic driving car. The Jeep is at the infatuation stage, but Greta was full on love affair.

Matt, I hope I’m not in the face-punch category! I wouldn’t want your fist to get too much of my ugly on it. It might be catchin’. ;)

My daily was a 2013 Toyota FJ Cruiser. That was a tough trade-in; I, my wife, and our neighbors loved that vehicle (even the neighbors gave me crap when I traded it for my Wrangler). But...I love my Wrangler FAR more!

My recently current daily is an E46 touring, RWD, sport and manual trans. My previous was a newer F30 320i sedan, sport.

I've had a Wrangler for 9 or 10 years now, but always as an extra car for the beach, snow and off-road.

Such a beautiful, rare, and iconic car. I miss it every day. Is that a magma interior??

The weekend toy = 2017 Acura NSX

The previous daily driver = 2017 Honda Civic Si

The JL makes a much more suited stablemate :giggle:

Beautiful butt on the Acura, love that tag!!

Here are my last two. Wish I still had them both but thanks to my ongoing divorce it isn't possible.

damn wimmen...

My last daily driver... 2016 Mini Cooper S with a 6 spd. manual. What a fun car!!! I had it for 39 months. Fast and solid. Best build quality of the 35 vehicles I have owned, including 4 BMW’s. No issues.

To give you an idea of how I drove it, at 40k miles I was installing my 4th set of tires. I can’t drive my 2020 JLRU like that! Lol!!!

I like the Cooper S, had one for a short while but gave it to my eldest son.

Love the Daytona Gray. The speed is definitely addictive. The ability to just pull out and GO whenever I wanted...that and the V8 exhaust up around 8k rpm...

Retired army and a poet, a true renaissance warrior. I think if we were hanging out together 1) we wouldn't remember what happened or 2) we would remember but wouldn't be able to tell anyone for legal and moral reasons lol

Thanks to everyone for the replies so far. Very, very cool!!

I'm thinkin' craft beer at a microbrewery. You are curious without being stupid and are doing your research before ownership. All good traits, plus I have always liked the allroads. So you have that going for you.
Michael, I think we would drink whiskey and smoke cigars, tell off color jokes and be generally disrespectful and vulgar.
@GreyFox Brandy, I had picked up that you were a veteran. I was thinking maybe MP for some reason. From what I see in your Sahara pic, it would be my honor to buy you whatever you were drinking :like: Much respect:flag:
Ive been known to smoke cigars on my bike

The vehicle before my JL was a 2016 Audi allroad, glacier white with all options including the sport package. The vehicle before that was a 2011 TSX Sport Wagon and before that was a 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero Sport Combi with the 2.8turbo v6. I have always been traditionally a wagon guy but have had many different vehicles include 2 Chevy Avalanches, 2000 Audi S4, convertibles, trucks, etc.

My insurance lists the Wrangler as a Sport Wagon .

I’m with you there brother. Any plans to travel to Florida - after hurricane season?
