13 Explorer Limited. My wife is driving it now.
I had a love/hate relationship with this vehicle.
Probably the best road trip car I have ever had, but it had an unfair share if issues.

I live in the burbs of DC so going anywhere isn't a 1 or 2 mile quick trip. It's grueling miles and stop and go traffic. The Volvo's and GTI were my company cars until I closed the company.

The Denali was the wife's until I downsized her to a convertible VW Beetle R version because she thought it was so cute and all the kids were grown and gone. -.-

It's a little strange being back to a naturally aspirated engine after driving turbo's for years. I had no interest in a 2L turbo in a vehicle like the Wrangler after having a 2L turbo in the GTI and knowing how quick it was. It would only be disappointment.

2015 Challenger Hellcat 6sp manual. Was not a daily driver (have a company car for daily) but was my weekend toy. It sadly had to go after my daughter was born in June. So got my 19 JLUR in pun'kn

Weekend toy - 2014 Chrysler 300 SRT-8
Day to day errand-runner - 2015 JKUR

Moved to a new home and wife twisting my arm to get down to one vehicle, so I traded them both for a Bikini Pearl 2020 JLUS with the Sky One-Touch roof. The 2.0 Turbo won't beat the SRT8 any day soon, but it's peppier off the line than my '15 Rubi and almost as comfortable a driver as the 300, so I'm a happy camper.

Here are my last two. Wish I still had them both but thanks to my ongoing divorce it isn't possible.

Divorce is fun, isn't it? I still have all of my cars. We shall see how long that lasts.

My last daily driver... 2016 Mini Cooper S with a 6 spd. manual. What a fun car!!! I had it for 39 months. Fast and solid. Best build quality of the 35 vehicles I have owned, including 4 BMW’s. No issues.

To give you an idea of how I drove it, at 40k miles I was installing my 4th set of tires. I can’t drive my 2020 JLRU like that! Lol!!!

2015 Corvette...probably the best car I've ever owned, and may be the coolest I'll ever own? Definitely the fastest, and the most comfortable...lots of -est's with that pretty girl. Will be sad to trade her in when my '20 Rubicon arrives!

The vehicle I traded in for my JLUR was the lifted Xterra I drove through most of college and vet school. My vehicle before that was my 1993 Wrangler ( my first vehicle) that sparked my love for Wranglers!

This old boy right here. It was a fine truck, but you couldn't turn the thing around in a 40 acre field. And, with the parking spaces getting smaller we decided to finally get the Jeep we had always wanted

Had an 09 JKU with lifetime bumper-to-bumper and powertrain warranty, even with the lifetime warranty the 3.8L was such a slug i ended up trading it in for a 14 JKU w/ the 3.6.
My 14 JKU needed a decent amount of repairs at 70k (new front driveshaft, leaking radiator, chipped teeth in rear diff) and i still had two years left of payments so i traded it for a 18 JLU. I never put any money down when financing and ended up with about 13k equity on the 14 JKU so i was finally able to get a 4 year loan for the new Jeep instead of a 6 year so hopefully i wont run into the same issue (although the new jeeps 3 months old and i already have 6k miles so i guess not lol)
