Assuming you have a 3.6 e-torque you will have a total of 3 coolant reservoirs. The most obvious one is for engine coolant. The remaining two are for the battery cooling jacket and electric motor/generator cooling. Those are on either side of the windshield washer bottle and have "idiot proof" caps. To defeat the caps and add coolant, look at the exterior flanges of the cap for a small slot. Inset a flat screwdriver into the slot while carefully turning the cap. The screwdriver will engage a tab and allow the cap to unscrew. According to the shop manual, the coolant is the same MOPAR stuff that would be used for engine cooling. It does seem to look different, almost pink or in some cases blue when viewed in the tanks, but the factory manual says its the same stuff.

Each of the three cooling systems are separate; they do not interconnect in any way. The ENGINE cooling system operates under pressure and upwards of 200 degrees; the other two operate at no or very reduced pressure and considerably lower temperatures. Each has a "radiator" in the front of the Jeep and separate electric circulation pumps that MAY only come on as needed.
