Disclaimer: These are not complaints.. I love my jeep.

That being said, I voted cosmetic/interior/UConnect for some common problems:

1) Defroster tabs burnt off
2) Leaky rear window
3) Uconnect software issues: Missing backup lines/black backup camera on occasion

These are super minor though-- if it sways your decision in any way, a Jeep probably isn't for you

We have had this Jeep for about a month and a half. So far we haven't had any issues with it. Love every minute I am driving it!

No real problems for me. I had the cruise control recall (software update) fixed a long time ago.

Over a year later now and a little over 18k miles. Had I think 4 different long distance road trips. Very happy with the JL.

I know it’s getting to be ridiculous... So much negative on a site intended for enjoyment..

1. It's been a super fun vehicle.
2. We've had lots of snow, which is irrelevant for my Rubicon.
3. I get lots of looks, people asking me about it, and the Jeep wave is pretty awesome.
4. I spend quality time at the gas station, but no more than other trucks I've owned.
5. Oil changes are super easy

I still need to get mine done. I have a programmer recalibrated speed odometer ect will this software update affect it any?

I had my speedometer recalibrated by the dealer. However, what I think a lot of people do here is reset settings back to factory, unmarry the programmer, then take it in for service. That way the dealer won’t raise any red flags for you concerning warranty, etc. I’m not certain if you’re programmer would interfere but it is likely. I bet there are others here that could give you a solid yes or no.

Had sloppy steering at highway speeds. Had the July TSB performed, and fixed it instantly.
