Just got a JLU sport 2.0 turbo, already lifted it and added wheels with 35s. Runs great, and yes lost about 4 to 6 MPG.

Question 1) If I add a plate to lift the tire carrier, do I need to replace the stock hinges with stronger ones?

Question 2) I am wanting to add lockers, but wAs told the there isn’t any for my Jeep yet.

1) have you re-calibrated your tire size for your 35's this will help with your lost MPG
2) 35" tire should fit the factory tire carrier no issues there
3) ARB made Air lockers for the dana 44 and the front dana 30. just have to research a little more
