How much room is there with the spacers and the 37's? Is there enough room to fit some of the larger 37's out there with the stock wheels and just spacers? Glade you see you finally got yours, can't wait to see it after the diet!
no rubbing at all full turn with the ko2’s but with out the spacers it was rubbing the sway bar. The 37 ko2’s are small, light A/T’s. I ran that setup on my 19 Rubi before I went with the Yokohama 37M/T and nomads. Never had any problems with the spacers with the light A/T but I wouldn’t run a heavy big M/T on spacer.. with my 392 build I will do some rock crawling but I’m going more for speed/desert buold.

Beautiful! Congrats! Turned out very well! Many times I feel I should have gone black.
Looking forward to seeing your build, will follow closely!
Also , let me know what pressure you decide to run. 40psi was way to stiff. Made steering feel loose on the Highway and the ride very harsh. From the looks of your tires, you might be running up near 40 as well. Running 35psi now. Much more planted feel, compliant ride, tracks straight.

May have missed it but what spacers did you use? I am keen on adding the 37 KO2s using stock 392 wheels with as little additional mods as necessary. Then after the Jeep is broke in and the wife isnt looking, jump up to a long arm lift and 40s, dana 60s with 5.13 or 5.38s, synergy front end, hydro assist steering, etc ;).

Most of us noticed your a surgeon in your post, but damn look at you; dissecting tire pressures through a picture. I'd let you work on me if I needed a surgery. 😄

35 psi cold they will warm up to 36`-37 psi from the factory the 33’s were at 42 psi way high! When I go off road I’ll run 13-15 psi.

1.75 spacers Quadratec, I ran these same spacers for a year on my JLU Rubi with stock wheels 35” M/T never had a problem glad I saved them.

I was clearly wrong on the PSI 😅

When you drop down to 13-15 psi are you planning to run in true-beadlock configuration?

These “beauty rings” actually do make contact with the tire wall, and I imagine even more so when aired down. Though not true beadlocks, wonder if the beauty rings would add somewhat to the stability of the bead?

I doubt I will go with the true bead lock rings, I never air down below 15 psi so no need to. The beauty rings on it do protect the the rims. from scratches once they get beat up I will by some new rings for show only, but will keep my beat up ones for wheeling. BTW I had to take off the rings when I mounted the 37’s to the rims install balance the wheels/tires.

Same here, though the OG Mopar beadlocks have twice as many screws. Took me almost 2 and a half hours to mount all the rings and torque each screw to 20 ft/lbs by hand. Interestingly, I had them balanced before mounting the rings; wheels stayed balanced after rings placed on... that’s quality manufacturing.

Can someone suggest brand and model of tires that I can use on the standard 392 rims without having to modify the car much. I also don’t have the reinforced tailgate so prefer to stay with 34 inch tires but want wider tires than the pizza cutters it came with.
