Hopefully not a silly question. The diameter is.38". (3/8").. So this is malleable enough to get it in there?

This is the exact one I bought in March. It’s wonderful. No more rocks jammed in there. Btw, my fenders are not color matching. Don’t know if the painted to match fender gap is any different.

I actually started with a hollow smaller diameter recommended by a YouTuber and it worked itself out. So I switched to the above and has worked much better.

The mod I’m most proud of is the round rubber tubing I filled the fender gap with to keep all the darn little rocks out of.

Yea, I watched the guy doing it on U-tube. Went right on Amazon and ordered it.

My proudest mod would have to be the Baja Design LP6’s. This was the first mod I did myself after having the winch and lift done. Best part was having my son help. He and his family were living in Italy and we haven’t seen them for over a year due to covid.

If your asking if the two are mathematically equivalent...and I don't think you are, .38" is 38/100 while 3/8" is .005" shorter at .375"

If you're asking if the two are arguably the same my answer is yes.

Sorry for the cunfusion. Was rounding there. They are close enough in this case. What I was trying to ask is : would that piece of material being that thickness fit in the that location?. For my Wrangler, it appeared to be a bit thick.

Very good. Thank you. Curious as to the difference between the two diameters and how they apply. I've seen both recommended so I think I will try the smaller as I think it will be a better choice in my case.
