I have 32K on my 2018 JLUR 6MT, mostly stock where it counts (wheels, lift, etc.). My mileage can vary a bit, but I recently had a day with the family in Wyoming where we went sight seeing. You can see by the mileage and time that we stopped a lot and did a lot of viewing. We were still able to average 26.7MPG for 271 miles over 7 hours. Which goes to show, it is rarely the car, but more often the roads and how you drive them. The only thing to note on this was the top was off. Also, same start and end destination so it wasn't just downhill one way.
For people with the manual, the most fuel efficient gear on that baby is 4th. It is pretty good from 35MPH to 50MPH and is the most efficient at accelerating on highways as well as cruising through town. I drive at higher RPMS when I am having a good time and especially on a trail of any sort.
