Does anybody know what is included in the tech package?? I didn’t get it because I figured it would be more like audio and navigation technology upgrades (nothing I need or specifically wanted). However, I’ve since seen things like push start and Apple car play will be available in the new wranglers.

Does anyone know if the Selec-Trac is currently an orderable option on the Sahara? I pre-ordered and I don't see it on my order sheet, nor do I see it on any other sheets I've seen. The spec sheet that was just released says the command-trac is standard and selec-trac is an available option on the Sahara.

I wanted the same option but my salesperson said he didn’t see the option/said he hadn’t heard of it. So, your guess is probably as good as mine but I’m assuming it will be offered but not until later. I’ve come to terms with it wouldn’t be nice but isn’t a need or worth waiting for.

Jay/Admin, is there an update on this? I never rec’d any info on the status. I keep seeing Rubi orders say they are in D1. Are Sahara’s not being fulfilled until after Rubis or was I overlooked?

Can I ask you what the option "DSA" Anti-spin diff rear axle is? I ordered but not this option, I'm thinking if I should add it to my Sahara.

I believe this is a rear lock to ensure there is no slippage when a wheel doesn’t get traction (I’m not 100% tho). I didn’t original tell the salesperson I wanted it but when I mentioned I wanted the tow package for possibly towing a relatively lighter boat, he immediately suggested this as another option “for the launch ramp”. It made sense, although I’m not sure it is “needed”. If you don’t have it, or plan on pulling a decent boat up a wet ramp or doing serious off roading, you’re probably fine without it. Might be fine without it even if you do plan on those things.

Today I visited a Dealer in California to order, and they said only Unlimited models are available for ordering and the 2 Door is not yet open for ordering. Can you help me with how did you get to order the 2 door JL Rubicon? Also when you ordered what are the delivery timelines given to you?

Yes there is, and to qualify, you need to be a member of Tread Lightly and work with a dealer that will honor it.
