Well aware of thatYour concerns with defective parts. They never said your concern was unfounded, or that the paint pictured wasn't defective. They acknowledged your complaint, and apologized for not knowing about the problem. Then they told you how to contact them directly for future issues so you don't get overlooked again.
What's your point?
