I swear, I was... Now to the real issue though, I need to find out why this big pipe under my rear bumper keeps leaking hot air when the engine is running.

Just put a banana in there, to stop the leak.

Yes, I was very impressed with the response, that they weren't sure if I was joking or not and didn't want to not be supportive. I was also impressed that it wasn't just a blanket "sorry to hear, please PM s or call this number..." response

Well, it appears mine is defective and doesn't fit It looks like they cut the notch on the exact opposite side from where it should be to fit the notch in the well. @JeepCares, what can we do to rectify this?

I've had paint issues, leaking rear tailgate window, small dent on flare, broken rear defroster, defective rollbar plastics, a broken tailgate striker, poorly installed weather stripping - all of which you folks were tagged in....and you reply to this nonsense?
