What is this called and how can I get accessories for it?

That slot below the window switches, 12v, and media ports? What is it called?
I really want to keep my phone in there when driving, but it’s not quite deep enough and / or not quite tacky / grippy enough.

My 2022 Sahara with the Tow package still has the same slot, but it is only half as wide as the "Aux" switches are in the way...

Another vote for the rough country switches. Fit perfectly and if you didn't know would think they are factory. The far left switch I use for light bar. It's a easy reach to flip on and off going down the country roads in my area. I use another to power a trailer brake controller.

That's where my Carlinkit sits....why even connect your phone unless its a long road trip. Go wireless with your CarPlay

Yeah, I have the half cubby. I'd love someone smarter and more innovative than me to make a phone mount that could fit in there. Like the below, but with a base that fits into the cubby and a separate USB wire.

It’s been great! Although I found some Velcro lying around and am thinking of moving it to the passenger side of the center stack just held in place with Velcro and regaining my tray

I keep my phone in there and I've never had an issue with it falling out even though it does stick out a little. iPhone 13 for reference.
