The very first mod is to change the Key Fob! The OE fob is so big you can use it as a "deadman" if there is nothing else to get your winch line to. Check out these; https://mythreedom.com/pages/standard-pageuk8ju there are others but I have M model four button and really like it.

wasnt my first mod but once i finally bought fitted floor mats I'm pretty sure it will be my first going forward. i bought rugged ridge ones but pretty sure any brand would be good.

No…because I never listen to the radio ;)

I’m about 85% streaming and 15% SXM.
Haha. I knew this was coming! Until my XM runs out, I'm right there with you, but local baseball/upcoming football have me tethered to FM until pro sports decide to break away from blackout restrictions...which is never.

This is my first Jeep, so got a few things right off the bat

- Sahara take off running boards (more for the wife than anything - also liked paying $60 instead of the $600 from the factory)
That's funny cause I ordered a Sahara Altitude and I *despise* those running boards - they're the first thing I'm going to take OFF!

what did you get?
The OEM one that says "fuel" on it. I don't want anything else that says "Jeep" on it, becuase it already has Jeep logos everywhere you look. And even without a single logo, it's obviously a Jeep.

Why a compressor?
If you're going to use your Jeep to offroad, you can make do without all the other stuff, but you need an air compressor to air back up at the end of the day. I mean you could do without airing down, but that seems uncomfortable and ineffective, so I'd say it's the one thing everyone actually *needs*
