Just wondering what the most popular color is these days. Around my area I see so many Firecrackers red Jeeps.

I have owned a Brown 1985 CJ7, a Deep Cherry red 2012 Jk and now an Ocean blue 2018 JLU.

Forgive me if I forgot a color.

While it isn't my favorite (I do like it though), white is almost always the best seller on most vehicles.

I considered white. It is a easy color to keep up. Much more forgiving. Hides imperfections like the wavy doors, dings, fine scratches, better. Cooler in the summer also. I changed my mind after seeing the yellowing grills and fenders.

Check out this Thread I started, poll on what color our forum members have, out of 257 votes so far in the poll and it seems the most popular color amongst this forum is Ocean Blue with 40 members polling they have that color.

That just means members with Ocean Blue are more likely to answer your poll.

Look at the Show and Tell threads. We know Black, White, and Granite are the most popular colors yet they have the least active threads.

This is a very true point!

Hmmmm... this thread leaves me feeling... conflicted. I'd say (unscientifically and without consulting sales charts) the most popular colors are white, black, and gray (or as it's called granite crystal). The color I chose (Punk'n) is one of the lowest in terms of units sold (4% last time I looked) but I am fiercely loyal to it. To further exacerbate my angst I can only choose one and I have an intrinsic inability to choose between the 3.

'15 4R but hoping for a JLU
Interesting thread. I want my future JLU to hold its value as best as possible so picking a popular color is one way to help ensure ease of future resale should I need to sell it. (I really want a manual transmission too, but how that affects resale is a topic for a different thread ;) )

I found myself looking at Jeeps this morning on the commute into work and of the five I saw, three were white. Hardly scientific, of course, but now I'm watching.
